Berkswell Windmill (near Solihull)

The Inspiration:

painted in water based oils

The Windmill’s history goes back to 1826. It was built in the village of Balsall Common, in the Parish of Berkswell, Solihull.

Used for grinding flour and animal feed.

I became aware of it on a Painting today at a Friends house, organised by Jane Powell Art Studio based in Kenilworth UK.
