Inspiration
Visiting the small village of Llandanwg near Barmouth in the 196os for a family holiday as a boy with my family was a memorable and happy experience.
I discovered steam trains running on the coastal part of the Cambrian Railway.
This was a revelation to me and I soon became fascinated with the TIMELESS BEAUTY of the line and how it meandered following the coastline, sometimes near sheer cliffs.
Watching the steam trains approach from a distance with there tell tail smoke.
A sight to behold.
